| July 15, 2026 – August 12, 2026 | SU Recognized student groups may program with SU funding allocations. |
| August 13, 2026 – August 30, 2026 | Programming/Events Black out Period No programming, events or activities permitted for any SU or Campus Life Recognized student group. |
| August 14, 2026 – August 15, 2026 | First-year move-in |
| August 16 , 2026 – August 21, 2026 | First-year orientation week |
| August 20, 2026 – August 23, 2026 | Upperclassmen move-in |
| August 24, 2026 | First Day of Fall 2026 Classes |
| August 28, 2026 | Student Union (SU) Activities Fair Mudd Field 3 PM – 5 PM |
| August 29, 2026 | Student Group Leader Training (SGLT) Student Group Leader Training (SGLT) is a required training for all SU Recognized and Campus Life Recognized students. Each group must complete SGLT. See Student Group Training page on the Student Group Resource Hub. |
| August 30, 2026 | First Day of Programming / Events First day that SU and Campus Life Recognized student groups may begin holding and participating in programming, events and activities – provided they have completed the necessary components of SGLT. |
