Exploration Leadership: Introduction to Leadership Styles and Philosophy

In this session, students are introduced to the fundamentals of leadership and engagement. Participants will be encouraged to consider their purpose, values, and goals and how they align to shape one’s actions and contribute to one’s own leadership identity.
