As Coordinator for Leadership Education and Advising, Josh is responsible for coordinating the logistics of Campus Life programs related to leadership and assists in setting the vision for Campus Life leadership development programs. As Coordinator for Diverse Communities and Group Development, Jacob works on the student involvement team to assist in planning trainings and workshops for undergraduate student organizations and developing and presenting Group Development trainings. Jacob also serves as the Campus Life Advisor for Cultural, Diversity and Inclusion, and Religious and Spiritual student organizations.

As Coordinator for Education and Compliance, Cole is responsible for the management of the Student Group Conduct Process and orchestrates trainings around policies and procedures for student groups. Additionally, Cole advises the Judicial Branch of Student Union (Constitutional Council) as well as a portion of our 400+ student groups on campus.

As Associate Director for Student Involvement, Sarah leads the area responsible for undergraduate student involvement and advises WashU’s undergraduate student government, the Student Union, oversees our 400+ registered student groups and policies, and directs the Campus Life Advisor program. Sarah also serves as the Campus Life Advisor for governing and political action student groups.

Mandy’s role as Department Coordinator is to serve as a welcoming first face for students and visitors to our space. She supports the executive director and our campus scheduling software, but her favorite part of her job is working with the Event Management student employee program!

As an Event Coordinator, Kaitlyn works directly with Faculty & Staff members across the Danforth University Campus to assist them in the booking process and execution of their events. Additionally, Kaitlyn gets to coordinate with many couples from the St. Louis area that wish to be married at our very own Graham Chapel.
