As Coordinator for Leadership Education and Advising, Josh is responsible for coordinating the logistics of Campus Life programs related to leadership and assists in setting the vision for Campus Life leadership development programs. He serves as a member of the broader student and student group advising team, advising honorary and campus life recognized groups.

Tierra serves as Associate Director for Leadership Programs where she leads and sets the vision for Campus Life leadership development programs for undergraduate students which includes CliftonStrengths, WashU Leadership Week, Annual Student Leadership Conference and Excellence in Leadership Recognition.
