March 8, 2026Student group expense reports with errors for February are sent back to be fixed by deadline (SU).

March 15, 2026		SPRING BREAK
March 9, 2026Expense reports that were sent back for February are canceled and ineligible for reimbursement (SU).
March 17, 2026One-time event (non-recurring) space reservations on Danforth Campus open through December 2027 in Reserve-A-Space.
March 28, 2026Budget Committee concludes (SU)
March 29, 2026Last day to submit an appeal for the spring semester to SU Treasury for >$1,000 (SU).
March 30, 2026 –
April 3, 2026		Post-allocation office hours (SU)
April 3, 2026 –
April 26, 2026		Student Group Re-registration
required for all SU recognized student groups and SFL groups.
April 5, 2026Last Day to Submit an Appeal to VP of Finance <$1000 and to the SU Exec Council (SU) 
April 7, 2026Last Treasury Session (SU) for spring semester

STUDENT GROUPS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO HOLD OR PARTICIPATE IN PROGRAMMING, EVENTS OR ACTVITIES DURING READING WEEK OR EXAM WEEK (4/27, 4/28, 4/29, 4/30, 5/1, 5/2, 5/3, 5/4, 5/5, 5/6).
April 30, 2026 –
May 6, 2026		FINAL EXAMS WEEK
