Student groups may hold programming, events or activities during this time period, provided they have submitted the event into WUGO and received approval. Student groups should work with their SU Business Coordinator if spending is required – spending is only permitted if the group Treasurer is on-campus & in-person.

Deadline for potential new Student Union student groups to submit their official application, if they have met their required prerequisites before 9/1/2025.
