As last year’s top scorer and key contributor to our second-place finish at the regional tournament, he has proven his talent and dedication. This season, Derek has notably taken on the logistical management of our travels–scheduling flights, booking hotels, and organizing travel plans–allowing the team to focus on performance. Additionally, he fosters camaraderie by planning events to build team unity.
