Campus Life is pleased to offer certified Gallup CliftonStrengths facilitations for your student group or department.
For more than four decades, the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment has been answering the Question, “what happens when we focus on what is RIGHT with people instead of what is WRONG with people.” The online assessment was developed by a team of scientists and positive psychologists to help people uncover their natural talents.
When people learn how to consciously seek and invent ways to apply their talents to their goals and tasks, their ability to perform with excellence increases significantly.
Strengths-based conversations help to enhance students’ connectedness to the institution by increasing their self-efficacy and leaving them more confident in their abilities to persist. The individualized Top 5 report provides actionable advice to help them succeed by outlining strategies that can be utilized to support personal, academic, and career success. Through the inventory and coaching, students:
| Develop better study habits – By identifying what energizes students, they can reframe their study habits to create a more rewarding experience | |
| Contribute to group projects and extra curricular activities – Helps students see how their talents work with others, helping them identify how to work as part of a team. | |
| Set and achieve goals – Utilizing their talents, students can identify clear paths to accomplishing their goals. |
This fall, all first-year students will take the CliftonStrengths inventory during Fall Welcome.
Guided facilitations
Campus Life believes in the power of understanding and investing in your natural talents to improve team engagement and job satisfaction. Our guided facilitations can provide insights into your individual assessment results and can work with your staff or student group to build stronger teams, improve partnerships and collaborations, and learn to set goals and solve problems with a strengths based model.
CliftonStrengths facilitations range from one hour to a full day. Facilitations are $15/person for faculty and staff groups. The price includes the code required to take the assessment, materials, and Gallup-certified facilitators.
Complementary CliftonStrengths codes (limited number) are available for student groups
Process
After filling out the form, a facilitator will reach out to you to gather more information. If a member of your group has taken the assessment in the past, those talents can be used during the facilitation, but the group member must have access to the Insights Report available in their account.
Each person taking the assessment will receive their unique combination of top five talents, an Insights Report with information and advice tailored to their particular combination of strengths and a professionally facilitated session with a Campus Life CliftonStrengths certified facilitator.
