Event Management

The Event Management Department in Campus Life manages more than thirty unique event spaces on the Danforth Campus including iconic spaces like Graham Memorial Chapel and Holmes Lounge plus rooms and outdoor spaces in and around the Danforth University Center (DUC) and in other campus locations. Classroom spaces can also be booked through Event Management. 

The Event Management team provides event reservations and coordination services to students, staff, faculty and external clients in our spaces for such events as meetings, rehearsals, social events and parties, weddings and wedding receptions.

The Reserve a Space resource provides online booking and a directory of spaces managed by Campus Life including location, capacity, seating arrangements, policies and more.
