The W. Alfred Hayes Award is presented to outstanding senior athletes who by personal example have provided constructive leadership at Washington University.

Eligibility: Senior Athletes
Winners of this award will have demonstrated the following:
- Excellence as an athlete.
- Excellence as a leader on their team or in the Washington University community.
